Crossfit OPH

Our crossfit OPH program is constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity.

Our most popular program, CrossFit is a universally accessible group fitness class that combines elements of strength training, gymnastics, cardiovascular endurance, balance, and flexibility. We design our daily workouts (AKA workout of the day or “WOD”) so that every member can benefit, regardless of athletic capability. 

From olympic lifts like the clean and jerk and snatch, to pullups, pushups, situps, running, rowing, skiing, and kettlebells, we tailor our workouts to meet the wants and needs of our individual members in a fun group setting. We strategically vary the workouts to prepare you for any physical task, and our high energy classes ensure you’ll never be bored!

Constantly Varied

Our CrossFIt programming is second to none. Our CrossFit and OPEX certified coaches design the daily workouts (aka “WODs”) with meticulous detail so that each member can achieve the maximum benefit. Constantly varied does not mean random: it means we vary the workout stimulus to achieve a balanced and well rounded level of fitness. 

Functional Movement

Have you ever picked up something from the ground? Or sat up from a chair, or placed an item on a shelf overhead? Then you’ve deadlifted, squatted, and pressed!

We train basic, everyday functional movements to help you achieve a well rounded level of fitness. Our expert coaches guide you through each exercise to ensure you safely and consistently build strength, endurance and an overall increased level of physical fitness to meet life’s daily demands.

High Intensity

Regardless of your fitness goals- feeling better, looking better, sleeping better, being stronger — intensity is the most effective way to get you there. 

In CrossFit, we focus first on moving well with consistency, and then we work on increasing relative intensity. A workout that’s intense for one person may not be for another. Our goal is to work hard within the limits of your own physical and psychological capacity, because that’s where the results are. If you’re working hard, chances are you’re getting fitter.
