Our crossfit OPH program is constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity.

Our most popular program, CrossFit, is a universally accessible group fitness class near you that combines elements of strength training, gymnastics, cardiovascular endurance, balance, and flexibility. We design our daily CrossFit workouts (also known as the workout of the day or "WOD") so that every member can benefit, regardless of athletic capability.

From Olympic lifts like the clean and jerk and snatch, to pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, running, rowing, skiing, and kettlebells, our CrossFit training program is tailored to meet the wants and needs of each individual in a fun group setting.
